HIDDEN IN THE HEART OF THE OLD TOWN with fantastic balcony views.

Very close to beautiful sandy Fisherman's Beach and 1 min walk to the square, hidden away, but really in the heart of idyllic Albufeira old town with entertainers, live music, children's entertainment, alfresco dining .... abuzz in the summer evenings. Albufeira has something to suit everyone and the location of the apartment can't be beaten.

This beautiful spacious 2 bed apartment (for non smokers only please) is laid out over 2 floors with several balconies and small patio area with the private gated entrance hidden away down a small quiet cobbled path. Beach, square, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks and other shops with a short walk. Walk everywhere within 5 minutes! No need to hire a car. (I can assist in arranging airport transfers on request), however if you do come by car there is free parking within a 5 min walk of the apartment and secure pay parking in the next street.

FACILITIES:
Double bedroom and twin bedroom both with balconies and plenty of storage space. Double has south facing balcony with excellent views over the old town - sunny all day and evening.

Lounge with large sofa, armchairs etc. SKY TV, Wi-Fi broadband, smaller balcony. Second separate WC downstairs. Fans provided for the summer and heaters for the winter.

All kitchen equipment included i.e. microwave, hob, cooker, fridge/freezer, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, all utensils, plates, mugs etc.

Weekly clean and change of linen and towels. Use of washing machine.

Kitchen 13.27 m2, Living Room 24.25 m2, Bedrooms 13.38 m2 each, bedroom balcony 10.76 m2, bathrooms 4.53 m2 each.

BOOKING:
Please do NOT book to stay if you are smokers. Smoking is not allowed on the premises including balconies and the patio in order to respect the following guests who probably might not want the lingering stonk of smoke once you have departed. Many thanks :)
