We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment in mid-August 2010 and loved it! The location is perfect - it was walking distance from the beach, grocery store and main square. It was clean and had everything we needed. I will surely be visiting again and when I do I won't think twice about where to stay ;)

We have just had our third stay in Wendy's apartment from 23rd
June - 2nd July.
Once again we found everything as expected and Wendy was so helpful.
The central position in the "Old Town" is perfect. Close to the lovely Fisherman's Beach, numerous restaurants, handy supermarkets and of course "the square"
This time we hired a car and visited the small typically Portugese villages.If you hire a car lake Santa Clara is a must. The scenery is beautiful.
Looking forward to coming back again.

A very good location. We went biking for several days.
The nature is fantastic, people are very kind and helpfull.

My wife and I spent Jan,Feb. and March 2010 in this 2 bedroom apartment. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Apartmnet has all the things necessary to be able to call it home for 3 months. It is but a stones throw from both the beach and the oldtown town square. A short walk..about 10 minutes ..to the supermarket..plus other small stores closer. We felt as though we were locals by the time we left and hope we are able to visit Albufeira again in a few years. I would be pleased to answer any questions as to our winter in Albufeira and certainly recomment 'casa Wendy' highly!

This was our second visit, the apartment was excellent once again with everything that you wanted. Weather was good again, up to about 24 degrees on some days. The Ticket Shop is best value for trips out. Silves and Monchique on Thursday for E9 is recommended. Bus service very good and easy to use. Foxy's bar very good for food and drink - staff very friendly (you can see it from the balcony).

Thera are many places to eat here but our favourite is Bonanza which is only about 3 minutes from the apartment. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. If they don't have it on the menu they will cook it for you. Another favourite is Prazeares which is also very close.

Perfect spot. Really enjoyed the holiday. Good restaurant just off the square in between Avenida de Liberdade and Rua 5 de Octubro called Cave de Vinho & Porta. Fish market on the beach most days from 7am - 9am.

Excellent location, brilliant accomodation. Had a great time, weather roasting. 2 of us brown as berries. Would certainly come back and will be telling friends. Loved the beach, restaurants and bars, sorry to be going home although memories will be with us forever.

Very happy with location and apartment. Everything we needed, well equipped. Only downsde for us was 'no pool' which of course we knew in advance, but our girls aged 15 and 12 years got fed up with the beach. We certainly hope to be back, this is our second visit to Albufeira and last time we stayed near the strip. The Old Town is much better for restaurants, shops etc. Would certainly agree with Wendy and recommend Prazeres. Great food and friendly staff. Excellent accomadation plenty of room for us and our three children very accessible to all amenities the beach , square, restaurants and shops . A brilliant holiday and will be back.

We have just had a super holiday in Wendy's apartment from June 7th - 18th.
Although the apartment is in such a central place it is not at all noisy.
The balcony is sunny all day and has views over the Old Town.
It is very close to the main square, lots of restaurants and very close to a lovely sandy beach.Typically Portuguese style but with everything you need for your holiday.

You go up a tiny little lane off the main street, through a gate and there it is, exactly as it looks in the picture with the flowers around the door, It has everything, like a home from home but with the sunshine. The views from the balconies are amazing and it is so close to beaches, restaurants, shops you can be anywhere you want to be in a few minutes. Loved it and can't wait to get back.

A great house in a great location! Close to everything you require yet tucked out of the way in a side street. Wendy arranged transport transfers that dropped and picked us up practicaly on the doorstep. No car, no fuss, no hassle. One of the most relaxed holidays we have had. We had a fabulous holiday in Albufeira. The location of the house was brilliant and so handy for the beach, restaurants and bars which the resort has to offer. The house itself had everything you needed and was very spacious. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Very spacious house in perfect location.This accommodation offers all you could need for a perfect stay in Albufeira.Although it is in a central location we didn't find noise to be problem as it is tucked away in a small street. Would recommend to others and may even return ourselves!!!
